RETURN AND EXCHANGE

We are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent return and exchange process. Please read the following terms carefully before initiating a request.

Return & Exchange Window

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests must be submitted via Email or WhatsApp within 48-hour window.
  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory for any return or exchange request.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags intact.
  • A clear unboxing video is required for all cases of damage, defect, or incorrect item.
  • A photo or video of the item being packed for return is required to confirm it is in proper condition. Missing packing proof may result in refund denial.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for:
    • Size issues
    • Damaged or incorrect items (with proof)
  • If the requested size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
  • Exchange Shipping Options:
    1. We arrange pickup – Customer pays ₹250 for delivery.
    2. Customer self-ships – No additional charges. (Shipping address will be provided after request approval.)

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only provided when:
    • The requested exchange size is unavailable, or
    • The item is defective or incorrect (with proof)
  • Refunds will be processed to your bank account or UPI ID within 7–8 working days after we receive and verify the returned product.
  • Refunds may be denied if:
    • Required proofs (unboxing and packing videos) are missing
    • Item is used, damaged, or returned without tags

Shipping Guidelines

  • If your pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you must self-ship the item to our warehouse.
  • The return package must include:
    • Order ID
    • Customer Name
    • Mobile Number

Important Reminders

  • Do not accept delivery if the package is open, torn, or tampered.
  • Do not share OTP with the delivery agent until the product is received in good condition.
  • Order cancellations are allowed only before dispatch (usually within 24–48 hours).
  • The brand reserves the right to cancel orders unilaterally in certain situations.

Incomplete or Invalid Requests

  • Requests without valid reason, images, or video proof will be rejected.
  • Items that are used or returned without proper documentation will not be accepted.
